It's nice care! We have 2 children () with many friends and a dog and 3 cats, and those who are still new sofas, after 5 years. The texture and darker color to hide dirt and stains very well - and is very durable - no start or tears. Sooo much better than the leather sofas and soft tissues, that we in the past.

One thing we have learned from the beginning, if you have children, it is better, cheap furniture that will be replaced as often as necessary to invest in expensive quality "high" furniture, know to be ill, whether it ruined. Especially for common products. No matter how much you pay for a coffee table, it will be scratched or chipped in a few months. The one that cost us about $ 100 - and it is the 3rd January I had. If you start too plain, I get only another of the same species. No biggie. If'd pay $ 500 or $ 600, always the same, every scratch and sank. There will be plenty of time for fine furniture, if my children are older and adults.

The leather is always good because it is easy to clean.

A little work with nubby textures and models well, because they hide stains and flaws easily.

Make sure you get everything stainguarded.

Avoid microfiber, made the mistake of microfiber furniture, and use every drop of milk is so easy. All the tears and pain are also very sensitive.

For tables and chairs - try the problems which have rounded edges to leave. If your child learns, you will save many headaches when you look constantly around sharp corners.

Yes, brown leather, are, as you say, good. Even brown or black microsuede cleaning the softer than leather and lighter than other tissues. My favorite piece of furniture is a big ottoman in brown leather. We have it as a footrest, a seat, a coffee table. And the best thing is to know that my children, "cruise" (pre-foot). It's great because I sing head injuries, like a coffee table and then covered ass in the seat can t until the end of the sofa Even if you have not already, and chairs, you can drag. Otherwise, the President and a half in the middle between a sofa and armchairs, and can comfort you fit and at least one child. On the stretcher, we have a section with a chair at one end and a large triangle to the other. Plenty of room for Mom and Dad at each end with each child in the middle. I hope this helped =-)

Sincerely, furniture suede before and I was fine until the dog was impounded, the best thing to do, get the kind of furniture with a stain guard on it, and you invest in a carpet cleaner with an attachment in it upolstery . I bought one last year at Wal-Mart almost $ 180, maybe cheaper ... I took this thing, not only in my carpet, but also in bed (kids love to pee on the bed, toilet training) while lol and I've used in our furniture business, when children were discharged and so on. This is the best investment I've ever made so far and saved me with new mattresses and furniture to buy!

The first thing is to see, trying to get the furniture without sharp edges. I think the leather is very good, but not very good when they start to eat (what my daughter has). If I were you I would try a material that can be removed and are washed in the washing machine. It would be very useful. Do not go with bright colors, but not = very dark spots or show easily lead to both. Good luck.

dark colors
The children will make a mess, no matter what you do
unless psychosocial and plastic wrap-around --

Apart from the fact that it does not really count, do not let their kids crawl up your own guilt, including baby furniture, if they just werent hurt
