What are those tiny flies that seem to "bounce" around bushes? - bush sonoma

It seems that literally bounce and a small group. I live in Northern California in Sonoma County. I also saw on the banks of water such as lakes or rivers, and so on.

I think you mean whitefly. They are very difficult to control, because if they are sprayed, fly before they can affect the insecticide will be displayed. Some die, but that seems the race to build a resistance against spraying escape. I spread with yellow cups with STP treatment of the left. Controls Poulati "mechanical" because they are attracted to yellow, then attached to the cup, instead of fleeing from the race or my feet hurt again.
